We request our guests to drink responsibly, enjoy alcoholic beverages in moderation and consistent with the concept of the cruise. You will be refused service by our crew on board at their absolute discretion if you do not comply with any reasonable request consistent with the NSW liquor license regulations and our house policy

(The captain has complete discretion to refuse boarding if you are deemed to be intoxicated).

The purpose of the beverage package is for you and your guests to enjoy beverages at your convenience. These packages are not designed to promote excessive consumption resulting in intoxication. All guests must use personal discretion not to become intoxicated. If a guest is deemed intoxicated by our crew they will be removed from the vessel and dropped off at the nearest wharf (at Captain’s discretion). If it is a group booking, and the group does not comply with the direction of the Cruise Director, the entire group will be required to leave the vessel. You will not receive any part payment, either for the cruise or the beverage package if you or the group are removed from the vessel due to intoxication. If you fail to comply with our directive, the Captain or Cruise Director will report the matter to the NSW Water Police. We would like to advise you that the NSW Water Police can access our vessels whilst they are underway, or at the nearest wharf, at their discretion.
Dress Code

To ensure your Clearview lunch experience is a quality lunch cruise, we request your cooperation in adhering to the minimum dress code.

MEN are requested to wear collared shirts and pants. Gentlemen are not permitted to wear sleeveless clothing or shorts on lunch cruise.

WOMEN are encouraged to dress appropriately to attend a lunch at a quality restaurant. Inappropriate and offensive clothing should be avoided.

STRICTLY no athletic wear (tracksuits or sweat pant and hoodies) thongs, singlets or beach wear.

You will be refused boarding if you are not dressed appropriately (at the discretion of the Cruise Director and the Captain) and do not meet the decorum of the cruise.

Refund will only apply to the refused passenger, not the whole group. If the whole group decide to disembark, they will not be refunded on this basis.

Any person within a group who is refused boarding due to inappropriate dress code, as per the discretion of the captain and Cruise Director, will be offered a refund by our office as soon as possible within 3-4 business days of cruise date – unfortunately, boat staff cannot refund in cash or card on board.

  • We would appreciate the support of all adults / parents to ensure that all children onboard under the age of 14 must remain seated at the table. If children are on the outer decks, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that their children do not run around the boat, which may cause safety issues. It is also important to ensure children do not disturb any other passengers. Failure to comply may lead to the removal of the group from the vessel. The company will not be responsible for any accidents due to non-compliance to this strict guideline.
  • All guests between 14 -18 must be under adult supervision
  • Unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests for split bills onboard. Each table will be presented with 1 bill for all additional onboard purchases. Credit card payments are preferred.
  • All cruises operate subject to minimum loading to make it viable. The Company reserves the right to transfer your booking to a similar cruise on the same cruise date. We will advise you details of your new cruise by forwarding you a new e-ticket with all the cruise details. We will always endeavour to assign you to a cruise that operates closer to your departure time and duration of cruise. On receiving your new e-ticket please review the cruise details including the menu and inclusions.If you wish to not proceed with the scheduled new cruise please forward the new e-ticket to the following email ( at least 24 hours prior to departure so that we can reschedule your cruise to the next available departure.
  • All requests for change of cruise date booking transfer are only accepted via email at Please indicate the best time to call (between 10am and 5pm Sydney time) in your email. No charge applies for transfer requests received 72 hours prior to your cruise departure time. All transfer requests received between 72 and 24 hours will incur $10 per person transfer fee. All transfer requests received within 24 hours, irrespective of reasoning, will incur a charge of 50% of the ticket value per person. Transfer fees must be paid by credit card when contacted by our staff to facilitate transfer. Transfer fees will not be waived under any circumstances.
